About Big M
At Big M Lawn Care, we take pride in being a locally owned and operated business with deep roots in Colorado Springs. We maintain a small field crew of 5-7 and 2 part time office employees. As Colorado natives, we are passionate about working outdoors in our beautiful Colorado air and helping homeowners maintain their properties. We value your satisfaction and are dedicated to keeping many Colorado Springs yards and neighborhoods looking their absolute best. We offer exceptional customer service and take pride in our work.

HOW WE WORK
Working Process
Contact Us
Call us 5 days a week, Monday through Friday 9am-3pm for prompt service. At any other time, leave a voicemail; your call will be returned within 1 business day.
During our phone call, we’ll need to know the following:
- Where the work will be performed, billing address, & contact information including email address & phone number.
- What work do you need us to do?
- Have you used professional lawn care services in the past?
- How did you find out about us?
- What time will work best for us to come out and meet you?
Initial Appointment
We will meet you on time for the scheduled appointment. We will talk to you and listen: What is important to you? What do you want? Then, Big M Lawn Care will give you recommendations and take notes of the work to perform.
Estimate Preparatioon
After we get to the office, we’ll put together the numbers. If this is just a 1 time job, we send a proposal. If the work is for a season, we send a contract with payment arrangements. We always do a followup-call once we send the proposal or contract to ensure you got it and answer any questions you may have.
Follow Up
If you don’t respond within 24-48 hours, we will also follow up with you to answer questions and schedule the time to come out and do the lawn maintenance, yard work or snow removal. You’ll be put on our master scheduled route for lawn care.
Complete the Work
Our final step is the most important: we do the work, provide customer service and send an invoice.
