When does Big M Lawn Care come out? How fast is Big M Lawn Care?
We will be out to your property within 1-3 days for an estimate after you first call us. Big M Lawn Care works with your schedule. Depending on the services you ask for, you may or may not need to at the location where the work will be performed.
How does our process work?
- Call us 5 days a week, Monday through Friday 9am-3pm for prompt service. At any other time, leave a voicemail; your call will be returned within 1 business day.
- During our phone call, we’ll need to know the following:
- Where the work will be performed, billing address, & contact information including email address & phone number.
- What work do you need us to do?
- Have you used professional lawn care services in the past?
- How did you find out about us?
- What time will work best for us to come out and meet you? For many services, we can estimate without you being there. However, for yard cleanup and other services, we will need you to be there to guide our estimate. We enjoy meeting our customers; customer service is #1 at Big M Lawn Care.
- During our phone call, we’ll need to know the following:
- We will meet you on time for the scheduled appointment. We will talk to you and listen: What is important to you? What do you want? Then, Big M Lawn Care will give you recommendations and take notes of the work to perform.
- After we get to the office, we’ll put together the numbers. If this is just a 1 time job, we send a proposal. If the work is for a season, we send a contract with payment arrangements. We always do a followup-call once we send the proposal or contract to ensure you got it and answer any questions you may have.
- If you don’t respond within 24-48 hours, we will also follow up with you to answer questions and schedule the time to come out and do the lawn maintenance, yard work or snow removal. You’ll be put on our master scheduled route for lawn care.
- Our final step is the most important: we do the work, provide customer service and send an invoice.
